Creative Conners is actively seeking automation junkies for the following positions:
Come spend 20 flexible hours a week, at $15/hour, in the quirky town of Warren, RI supporting the administrative tasks of a small theatrical automation manufacturer. While your skills need only be in the areas of bookkeeping, payroll record management, and personnel file management, you will be applying those skills alongside fabricators who are designing and manufacturing some of the best automation equipment to ever go from Stage Right to Stage Left. Don’t worry, no theatrical or manufacturing experience necessary, but if you’ve seen Les Mis and were curious to know how that turntable worked, now’s your chance to find out.
Just bring the ability to:
- do bookkeeping
- maintain personnel / payroll / benefit records
- maintain insurance policy records
- organize and maintain all office files (digital / physical)
- work independently
Along with knowledge of
- MS Office
- Quickbooks Online
- Payroll administration using ADPRun
- Federal/State Labor Laws (general)
