It's An Investment

The purchase of a Creative Conners product is often a capital investment, so every component is packed with features that deliver artistic value on stage and financial value in the box office. Over the last ten years we’ve introduced innovative products like the Floorpocket elevator and released dozens of new features in our popular (and free) automation software, Spikemark. During those same ten years we’ve held (or reduced) our pricing across our entire catalog.

Changes Are Coming

But, alas, changes are afoot. As of June 1st, 2020 nearly our entire catalog will see a price adjustment. We’ve tried to make the increases as minimal as possible, but frankly some changes may feel significant to your bottom line. These changes reflect the realities of the true cost of material, manpower, and overhead to develop, manufacturer, and support our products.

Some Things Stay The Same

Some things will not change. We will continue to be open and transparent with our business dealings, that is the motivation behind this letter. We remain committed to providing the best support of any automation company in the industry. And finally, we will continue to ensure that any theatre, concert, or live event that wants scenic automation has a real and artistically meaningful way of implementing moving effects on stage.

What Does It All Mean

All estimates and orders generated after June 1st will reflect the new pricing. All quotes generated from this date forward (April 17th) will have a 30 day expiration date that our sales team must honor.
